Plans are pay-as-you-go, offered without credit checks or long-term commitments. All services are subject to availability, network capacity, and our Fair Usage Policy.
3. Fair Usage Policy
To ensure network integrity and protect our users, we reserve the right to monitor usage and suspend or cancel services — without refund — if we detect abuse, fraud, manipulation of our systems, or other behavior that violates our policies or applicable laws.
Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
- Excessive or automated usage inconsistent with normal personal use
- SIM card resale or sharing without permission
- Use of the service for spam, bulk messaging, or harassment
- Attempts to bypass throttling, tethering, or other restrictions
We may take immediate action, including permanent account termination and device blacklisting, without prior notice, if we determine that your use harms our network or customers.
4. Payments & Billing
All plans are prepaid and non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. Pricing, promotions, and availability are subject to change. Optional services and add-ons may incur separate charges. Taxes and regulatory fees may apply depending on your location.

You agree to:
- Use our service only for lawful, personal purposes
- Not disrupt or misuse the network or our systems
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, tamper with, or resell service
- Not use ROKiT Fone to violate intellectual property, privacy, or public safety laws
